What’s included with the rentals?

You get full use of the vessel you have rented. All safety equipment, including life jackets, are included. You pay for the fuel you use.


What are the REQUIREMENTS?

  1. Anyone born on or after January 1, 1988 must have:

    OR

    • A Boating Safety Education identification card issued by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.

  2. Renter must have valid gov’t issued picture ID and be at least 25 years old.

  3. Renter must sign a rental agreement, liability waiver and navigational rules.

  4. Renter must provide a major credit card (Visa, Master Card, or American Express) at time of rental. This is for damages or fees. It will be authorized for $200 which will be released when the boat is returned on time with no damage. Renter is financially responsible for any damages.

  5. We are committed to providing equal access to our services and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic under applicable law.

    However, for safety, insurance, and operational reasons, we reserve the right to decline or cancel any rental at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving safety concerns, suspected impairment, insufficient boating experience, failure to meet documentation requirements, or violation of company policies.


What is your cancellation/refund policy?

There is a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel or change your reservation more than 48 hours prior to your reservation you will not be penalized. If you do not show up for your reservation or if you cancel within 48 hours prior to the reservation time you may use your credit on a future rental, however, we will not be able to issue s refund.

We may cancel your reservation at any time due to unsafe weather and/or boating conditions, or in the event of unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel your reservation you will be issued a full refund.


what else should i know before booking?

  • Parking is limited at our location. We strongly advise your group to carpool.

  • Our boats have a maximum legal capacity of ten (10) persons, regardless of age or weight. For comfort, especially on our sport deck boats, fewer passengers are recommended as the boat may feel crowded at full capacity.

  • We use the Buckman bridge and Bayard Point (Outback Crab Shack is fine as well) near the Shands Bridge as our boundaries. Traveling out of bounds will incur additional fees.

  • You’re welcome to bring your own gear- fishing rods, bait, coolers, jackets, tubes, etc.; dock carts will be provided for loading and unloading.

  • If your preferred date or time is unavailable at the time of booking, give us a call - we might be able to find a boat for you!


Are pets allowed on the boats?

Yes, we are pet friendly! You will be financially responsible for any damages, including damages caused by pets.
