These Terms govern your use of our website and the rental of our boats and equipment.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid government-issued ID. A valid boating license is required under Florida law if any driver of the boat was born prior to Jan 1, 1988.
2. Reservations and Cancellations
A reservation is not confirmed until payment is received.
Cancellations must be made 48 hrs in advance for a full refund.
No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeited fees.
3. Rental Agreement
Renters must sign the rental agreement, navigational rules and a Waiver and Release of Liability before departure. You are responsible for any damages caused during the rental period.
4. Rules of Use
Operating the vessel under the influence is strictly prohibited.
Life jackets must be worn or readily available on board.
You agree to return the boat on time and in good condition.
5. Limitation of Liability
Boat Florida Rentals is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or lost/stolen property. Renters assume all risks associated with boating.
6. Payment Terms
All payments are due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards and online payments.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
